General Conditions of Sale of FAGUO :
Range of application of General Conditions of Sale:
The underlying general sales conditions (hereafter « General Conditions ») are applicable to all Orders executed on the Site “Faguo-shoes” (hereafter the “Site”). The order by the Customer constitutes acceptance of the entirety of the General Conditions, they take precedence over all other General Conditions of sale unless express agreement of the seller.

We change our size in order to be common sizes. It is possible that if you order a size, we will send you a bigger one. It is supposed to be the good one. If it's not we can change it.
The Order:
Products displayed on the Site are offered for sale only to Customers with a delivery address in mainland France, Corsica, in the DOM-TOM, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Products displayed on the Site are available until stocks are exhausted. In case of debit or receipt for the order of an unavailable item, FAGUO commits to provide a credit or to refund the customer within 15 days. FAGUO commits to inform by email the Customer who has ordered an unavailable article.
Price and Payment:
Prices applied to orders are those listed on the site Faguo-shoes.com at the moment of the Order. Prices are quoted including VAT, not including delivery charges, and governed by French law. Prices can be changed at any time by the seller, without notice, especially in case of change in economic or fiscal data.
Products ordered must be paid in Euros and online. The customer also pays bank charges incurred by the payment.
The delivered goods are the property of seller until full payment.
The on-line payment of products is effected by credit card or via a secured payment with a PayPal account system.
The secured platform offered through the online store is PayPal. PayPal payment is in accordance with regulations concerning bankcards distance selling and online payment. It also in accordance with regulations of networks cards accepted.
Invoice:
The invoice is sent to the customer at the address indicated at the time of order. The price is in effect at the time of the order by the customer. FAGUO disclaims any responsibility for errors in customer information entered when ordering.
Shipping and Transportation:
Products are delivered within 1-15 business days from the order and everywhere in metropolitan France. This delivery time is provided for information only and may vary depending on the availability of products.
Exceeding this period will in no way be held against FAGUO or give rise to a breach of contract or to any compensation for damages.
Beyond a period of one month from the date of the order FAGUO will refund the undelivered product by check or bank transfer.
Parcels are delivered by post or by express carrier to the address when ordering. As such, FAGUO is unable to guarantee an exact time of delivery.
The transfer of risk occurs at the moment of the delivery of products.
FAGUO can not be held liable for consecutive breach of contract resulting from a force majeure case including, without limitation, in case of war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport problem import, strikes, shortages, fire, earthquake, storm, flood.
Compliance and services:
The customer must check products at the time of the delivery. Any reservations are made on the delivery note presented by the carrier or may be send by e-mail to commande@faguo-shoes.com within 48 hours.
Complaints about apparent defects of the delivered goods will be considered only if they are notified by mail within 48 hours of delivery.
This shipment will include a brief description from the Customer and the product concerned in its original packaging. FAGUO undertakes to return or exchange or refund products with apparent defects, without being liable to pay damages.
Shipping charges are borne by the customer.
Right of withdrawal:
For products purchased online, the customer has a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of merchandise to exercise the right to cancel the order. The postmark or the date of receipt of provision is the starting point of this period. The return or cancellation may affect all or one part of the command.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Reimbursement, full or partial, is made up within 30 working days according to FAGUO’s reception of returned products. Reimbursement is made by check payable to the client according to information provided when ordering. Products returned which are damaged, incomplete, soiled or without the original packaging cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Beyond the period of 7 days after delivery, products will not be returned or exchanged or refunded.
Data Protection:
Data provided in the order, allowing the payment of the order and delivery of the purchased product, are requested only for purposes of processing the transaction. In the absence of communication of such data, or in case of erroneous communication, FAGUO’s responsibility will not be engaged. In these cases, the client remains liable for payment. The customer can access their data and correct them, proving his identity, by writing to the address below.
Data asked to process the transaction are handled with the utmost confidentiality.

Applicable law and validity of these Terms of Use:
Exclusively French law governs these General Conditions.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions or special conditions will not affect the application or the validity of the remaining provisions of the General Conditions.
