General terms of use application :

The client order involves the total agreement of the general conditions.

Offers validity :

Our offers only aim consumers who have a delivery address in Metropolitan France, in Corsica, in French overseas departments and territories, in Belgium and in Luxemburg.
The items that can be browsed on the website are available until the stock breakdown.
In case of debit or collection due to the order of an unavailable item, FAGUO makes the commitment to offer a holding or to refund the customer within 15 days.
FAGUO will also warn the customer by e-mail if an order of an unavailable item has been made.

Products display :
The products are described and presentend with the most details as possible. However if errors or omissions have been made, the responsibility of FAGUO will not be involved.
The pictures illustrating the products do not come into any contractual field.

Prices - payment - transfer of risks
All prices specified for merchandise in the Online Shop already contain the relevant valid VAT according to the French law, they are also permanent.
Prices can be modified at any time without any advance notice espacially in case of modification of fiscal or economic datas.
Products or services must be paid in Euros online. The customer will be in charge of the bank fees if they exist.
You can pay by credit/debit card (Visa, Carte Bleue, Paypal)
The secured platform which is at your disposal in the online shop is Paypal.
The payment by Paypal complies with the bank cards regulations concerning mail order and telepayment.
The delivered merchandise is still the propriety of FAGUO till the total payment of it.
The transfer of risks starts from the delivery of the merchandise.


Invoice :
The receipt is sent to the indicated address of the order. It is established in accordance with the current tariffs from the day of ordering. FAGUO will not be responsible in case of data capture errors.

Delivery - transport :
The goods are delivered within 1 to 15 working days, from the day of the order in case of payment by credit card (Metropolitan France) depending on the availability of the items.

This deadline is given as a rough guide.
FAGUO will not be liable for the exceedance of this deadline or for a cancellation of a contract or any compensation for damages.
Within more than one month, from the day of ordering, the CCI of Lyon will refund the customer by check or by bank transfer for the undelivered merchandise.

Parcels are delivered by La Poste or by an express carrier to the indicated address of the order. FAGUO cannot guarantee a precise schedule for the delivery.

The merchandise has to be checked by the client from the delivery. The possible acceptance with reservations are on the delivery slip presented by the carrier or you can contact the administrator at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Complaints concerning manufacturing defects will be taken into consideration only if they are notified by mail within 48 hours from the delivery.
This shipment will have to include the mail and the merchandise in its original packing.
FAGUO makes the commitment to exchange, refund or return the defective merchandise without giving any damages.
Shipment fees to the FAGUO company are in the charge of the customer as well as reshipment  the customer address.


Right of retraction :
For the products purchased online, the customer has a deadline of 7 days from the delivery day to get the right of retraction of his order. The stamp of La Poste or the date of the receipt is the starting date of this deadline. The return or the cancellation can concern part or totality of the order.
If the parcel and the merchandise are returned by the customer the shipment fees are on him.
The refund (part or total) is done within 30 working days maximum from the day FAGUO takes delivery of the reteurned, by check to the account of the person or corporate name given at the moment of the order. Incomplete, defective, or dirty will neither be taken back, nor refunded. In case of exceedance of this deadline of 7 days from the delivery, the merchandise will not be taken back, not exchanged and not refunded.


Parties' obligations :
FAGUO, in the case of acceptance of an order, makes the commitment to sell and deliver the products to the customer according to the terms above. FAGUO also checks the conformity of its products according to the French regulation.
The client makes the commitment to give the right details of his delivery address. The personal data (name, address, telephone number, e-mail...) are obligatory. These information are essential for the processing and the shipment of the orders and the set up of invoices.The omission of giving every details implies the non-validity of the order. In case of error in the personal data, FAGUO will not be able to deliver the product. The client is responsible for the payment.

Dispositions diverse :
The non validity or the inapplicability of one of these clauses of general terms of use will not affect the application or the validity of the other clauses. It will be replaced by a close arrangement.
Neither FAGUO nor the customer will be responsible in case of non execution of the contract due to a force majeure like war, riots, insurrection, transport breakdown, importation problems, strikes, shortage, fire, earthquake, storm, inundation.
